    2018 Simi Valley Labor Day Classic

    The MSC G2000 Paletta team once again made it to the finals.  This time at the 2018 Simi Valley Labor Day Classic.  They played their hearts out,  after a full game plus two overtine periods in the finals they were still all tied up 1 to 1.  The match then went to P.K's where they came up short and took second for the weekend.
     
    Congratulations to the girls for a hard fought weekend, and a very sucessful summer of soccer.  They played in three summer tournaments and made it to the finals in all three, winning two and finalists in one.
    Great job ladies.
    MSC is very proud of you.

    2018 AC Brea Kickoff Classic

     

    Tournament Champions!
     
    The MSC G2000 Paletta team took first place and brought home the championship trophy at the AC Brea Kickoff Classic tournament.
    Once again only giving up two goals and scoring 11 on there way to the championship.
    They went 4-0-0.  The conditions were difficult and the comp
    etition  was top notch.  All the teams were in the top 100 for Cal South and one team was ranked number 25.  
    Congratulations to all the girls for their sportsmanship and team play all weekend.

    The G2000 Paletta team took first place this weekend down in San Diego at the 2018 Charity Summer Classic.
    With only giving up two goals all weekend, went on to three wins and one tie.
    Congratulations to all the girls for a hard fought tournament.

    The MSC Girls 2005 team (players born in 2005 or after) is looking for a few, select additional players to add to their talented team for the 2018-2019 season.

    Please contact Team Manager Blanca Garza by email at 4kicks@sbcglobal.net to arrange to try-out or for questions.

    Open try-outs for the next several weeks, interested players are welcome Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6:30 p.m. 

    Practices are taking place at Campus Canyon Park in Moorpark.

    Club Adds Dedicated Skills & Finishing Coach

    MSC is very proud to announce that they now have a dedicated skills & finishing coach on staff.

    Kaitlin Paletta is an experienced coach & player who will be working alongside goalkeeping coach Ryann Torrero to provide dedicated coaching on Friday afternoon's.  As with the recent addition of the goalkeeping coach the MSC board are very pleased to announce that this additional training will come at no additional cost to the teams or the players that participate.

    Please contact your team's coach or manager if you wish for your son or daughter to be involved in the weekly sessions that will start immediately.
